This update kit is for Genisys owners who already own the Import 96 Starter Kit (#3305-101) and now want to update coverage to the year 2000. This kit includes an Import 2000 update CD, Smart Card, Genisys-to-PC interface cable, and manuals.

SUBSCRIPTION UPDATE OPTIONS - your key to flexibility! Is your scan tool ready for the digital age and the Internet? Genisys is Internet capable. You can't use it to get stock quotes, check e-mail or listen to rock 'n roll, but the Internet is your key to keeping up-to-day with Genisys. Included on the Import 2000 CD is a Windows software program that permits you to use a PC to download an enhancement file for the Internet, BBS, CD and then to Genisys.	Whatever update method you use, as a registered owner of Import 2000 software, you are automatically eligible for all software enhancements available for Import 2000 for the model year coverage purchased; and they are FREE! In the few short months since Genisys was introduced, OTC has released FREE updates to registered owners. How many free updates did you get with your cartridge based scan tool?

When available, insert the modem card into Genisys to download enhancements from the OTC website.
