The Original Thermometer comes with 3 different probes. The first is the Air Probe, which can be used for instant readings of air temperatures from -40⁰F to over 1000⁰F. The second probe, the Surface Probe, is used for quick surface readings from -40⁰F to 1999⁰F. The Immersion Probe tests liquid temperature from -40⁰F to 500⁰F.
