Digital Phototachometer uses a precision quartz crystal to ensure accuracy and eliminate the need for recalibration. Ideal for measuring the rotation of flywheels, fan belts and pulleys. The clear 4-1/2" digital liquid crystal display makes reading easy, even in direct sunlight. The infrared beam is not affected by ambient light, thus ensuring accurate readings. Simply place a piece of the reflective tape (included) on the fan or other location to be measured, point the instrument, press the On switch until the green "On Target" light appears and the instrument will automatically display the RPM. Features like Auto Memory Hold, Low Battery Indicator and ABS Case make this instrument one of the best on the market.
