It is designed for use with 3M Turbine Systems or any conventional turbine system or with regulated low-pressure air using the 3M 36-00 low pressure regulator. This spray gun performs best when combined with the 3M™ Paint Preparation System (PPS™) to reduce solvent usage and increase transfer efficiency.
Our Series 10g spray gun is a HVLP (high volume low pressure) spray gun and performs best when combined with the PPS™ system, which is an all-in-one disposable solution for mixing/measuring, filtering, spraying in any direction and temporary storage of materials*, offering the advantage of reducing solvent usage by up to 70%. PPS™ is offered in a standard and pressurized version. This spray gun may also be used with a hard fluid cup, a remote pressure pot or a diaphragm pump system. The system is non-bleed, meaning that air will only pass through the spray gun when the trigger is activated. The composite-bodied spray gun is lightweight, durable and easy to handle. The Series 10g spray gun 'Pro Kits' come with two atomizing sets offering the user versatility, no matter the application.

Maintenance is always a point of contention with spray equipment, 3M™ makes maintenance faster with replaceable composite fluid tips, easier by offering the capability to open the spray gun into two halves and ultimately less expensive by the aforementioned and by allowing every part of the spray gun to be replaced and/or rebuilt.
