This automatic tire changer is ideal for truck, coach, agricultural and earth
moving equipment tires. Operation is electro-hydraulic and the controls are
mounted on a low voltage mobile unit. The hydraulic power pack is separate
from the machine to enable flexible installation in terms of the available space.
The flexible coupling combined with the two hydraulic immersion pumps ensure
quiet operation. The two-speed, bi-directional hydraulic turntable features the
best design and materials and ensures optimal wheel locking during clamping,
bead breaking and tire demounting. The high torque facilitates handling even the
most difficult tires.

The tool arm has two locking positions for working even with the widest tires, and
has synchronized, opposed motion relative to that of the spindle carriage for
higher working speed. The tool mount, in nodular cast iron, is equipped with an
overhanging bead breaker disk on tapered roller bearings for long life and
smooth running. The special disk shape has been designed for optimal
penetration between the edge of the rim and the bead; the outer hemispherical
profile is designed to avoid damaging the tire. The tool used is fully tested and
has an effective protective coating.
